The Romanian Athenaeum

Access to concerts is by the main entrance, where concertgoers are required to present their tickets or invitations.

It is important that you arrive at the Romanian Athenaeum at least fifteen minutes before any event. Enjoy the atmosphere, leave your coat in the cloakroom, find your seat in the auditorium, and get ready for the experience of the concert.

If you nevertheless arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the auditorium until the first intermission, and therefore please expect to take your seat only after the conclusion of the first part of the program. If you are late, please do not enter the auditorium, as this would force other audience members to stand up to let you reach your seat. In certain situations, particularly if a concert does not have an intermission, access to the auditorium is not allowed after the beginning of a performance.
