All the processing of personal data carried out by the George Enescu Philharmonic is under the provisions of E.U. Regulation 679 (2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/E.C. (General Data Protection Regulation).

Processor – George Enescu Philharmonic, which processes personal data within the E.U. under the law and the present policy

George Enescu Philharmonic’s policy concerning personal data processing is founded on the following principle:

Who is responsible for processing personal data

Responsibility for processing personal data falls upon the George Enescu Philharmonic in its capacity as provider of the www.filarmonicaenescu.ro website. The Philharmonic decides what data to process, for what purposes, and how such processing is carried out.


Legal basis for processing personal data

Personal data are processed based on the freely expressed, specific, and unequivocal consent of website users, and following the legal provisions in force and under the conditions laid out in the present policy.

  • manually, to draw up marketing reports
