George Enescu Philharmonic, based in Bucharest, District 1, at 1-3, Strada Benjamin Franklin, is a processor of personal data under E.U. Regulation 679 (2016).


The purpose for which the George Enescu Philharmonic processes personal data is to enable interested parties to purchase individual tickets and/or season tickets to concerts given by the Philharmonic.


The data processed are as follows: names and surnames for the issue of season tickets to named individuals; telephone numbers to inform concertgoers about any eventual alterations that might occur in the schedule of concerts; e-mail addresses to transmit individual tickets and/or season tickets digitally and for sending newsletter-type information.


The data collected will be stored for a period proportionate to the purposes for which they were collected. Such information may be transferred to those authorized by the data processor to ensure the smooth functioning of its website.
