Musicians’ performances during concerts of the George Enescu Philharmonic are protected by copyright laws. It is strictly forbidden for members of the audience to photograph musical performances during concerts. Any unauthorized photographs of musical performances and use thereof without the performers’ permission is punishable by law. The Philharmonic reserves the right to ask audience members caught taking photographs with cameras or telephones during concerts to leave the auditorium.
Only staff accredited by the Philharmonic have permission to photograph musical performances. Members of the public may take photographs only before and after concerts, or during the intermission and applause.
