By purchasing a ticket via the George Enescu Philharmonic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Unless otherwise stated, your ticket is valid for only one person and only one entrance to the event listed on the ticket.
2. Under Government Emergency Ordinance 34 (2014), your ticket is not refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled, the purchased ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date or can be refunded on request.
3. If an event is canceled, we will refund tickets ex officio. Refunds will be made using the same method as purchase: cash at the box office or online by transfer to the payee’s account.
4. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, additional costs incurred by the ticket holder with a view to attendance (accommodation, airplane or train tickets, etc.) will not be refunded. The George Enescu Philharmonic cannot be held responsible for any monetary damages incurred directly or indirectly by the ticket holder or any third party as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event.
5. If the George Enescu Philharmonic has proof that tickets have been purchased to be resold or transferred with a view to material gain on the part of a third party not authorized to do so by the Philharmonic, then the Philharmonic can cancel the ticket(s) without prior notice and can ban the ticket holder from attending the event.
6. For certain events, the George Enescu Philharmonic reserves the right to allow any one person to purchase only a limited number of tickets.
7. The George Enescu Philharmonic is not responsible for any damages incurred by the ticket holder before, during, or after an event, except for cases in which representatives of the George Enescu Philharmonic are solely to blame for any such damages.
8. The ticket holder is responsible for his or her own belongings for the duration of an event.
9. It is forbidden to bring to events beverages in glass, plastic, cardboard, or metal receptacles, alcoholic beverages, drugs, dangerous substances, blunt instruments, photographic or video cameras, arms of any nature, or pets. The ticket holders are required to submit to any body-checks carried out by security staff at the entrance to the location of the event in order to enforce the aforementioned restrictions.
